How do I sign up to have the bins cleaned?
Tap 'Set Up a Direct Debit' on our website or call us at 0191 256 0101, and we’ll assist you.

How often do you clean my bins?
We clean your bins every 28 days, on your council's collection day. Leave them out as usual, and we’ll clean and return them.

How much do you charge?
It’s £5 per clean, because we clean your bins 7 times over 6 months, your direct debit will total £35 every six months or £5.99 monthly.

Is there a minimum term?
Yes, the minimum term is 12 months. Afterward, contracts roll on a monthly basis.

Do you clean recycling, garden and food bins?
We clean recycling bins in parts of the North East and plan to expand to garden and food bins by 2025.
